The Rapture is a belief held by many Christians that is referred to in the Bible and even spoken about by Jesus Christ Himself. The word ‘Rapture’ refers to many scriptures that talk about Jesus coming and whisking people away from the Earth during a very difficult time called ‘The Tribulation’. Whether we believe it or not, as promised by Christ it is going to happen. But what will it look like? What are the signs of His coming? While gathering several different sources together, I present to you a rough timeline of what the Rapture might look like.
1. Attack on Israel
Israel is going to be attacked by 70 different countries. The attack will come down hard and be relentless. They will come at Israel from all sides and they will use all of the modern weapons at their disposal. Barak Obama, being named as Gog of the Gog and Magog war, will be involved. I believe he will be one of the major leaders of the attack.
You may feel that the United States is a friend to Israel and should be helping Israel. I would argue that it depends on who is in charge at the time. Didn’t you find it interesting that during Obama’s presidency that hundreds of tanks and other weapons were seen being transported by train across the country. The next thing you know hundreds of tanks and hundreds of brand new powerful Ford pickup trucks and other weapons were found ‘abandoned’ in the desert in Syria with full tanks of gas and the keys left inside. How convenient then, for Isis to grab them and ravage the country with all the weapons they needed. And thus the Refugee Crisis was born.
2. The Emergence of the Arc of the Covenant
With the attack underway, the Israel people will have no choice but to pull out the Arc of the Covenant which has protected Israel since the days of Moses.
If you remember the movie Raiders of the Lost Arc, the Arc of the Covenant was the lost treasure that everyone was trying to find. The Arc is a large artifact that God had commissioned Moses to build. Legend has it that it holds ‘miraculous power’ and there are many stories in the Bible surrounding its abilities. When you study the construction plans of the Arc that are laid out in the Bible, we realize that the Arc is a giant electromagnet and could be used for many things both offensive and defensive.
The truth is that the Arc had been missing for many years only to be rediscovered in 1982 by Ron Wyatt. When Ron first entered the chamber where the Arc had been hidden, he found 4 young men dressed in today’s clothing standing in the chamber with him. They said they were the angels that had looked after the Arc since its construction back in Moses time. They also told Ron that he was not allowed to take the Arc out of the chamber. Then they added a cryptic message, “The Arc of the Covenant will be presented when the Mark of the Beast Law is passed or enforced”. I believe that the Mark of the Beast Law involves the mandatory vaccination for COVID as it has been proved to be an Abomination of Desolation to the human body. As I mentioned, Israel will have no choice but to bring out the Arc of the Covenant in order to protect their country as all other defenses will have failed.
3. An Atomic Bomb
According to the young man named Natan who had a Near Death Experience and viewed the events of the future, during this attack an Atomic Bomb will be dropped on Israel. (see my other blogpost called What will happen in the Future) Natan said this bomb will be stopped in Mid-Air.

I believe that it is the power of the Arc of the Covenant that will hold the bomb in the air due to its power of protection over the Country of Israel. However, the bomb will only be held for about a week or so.
4. The Two Witnesses are Killed
According to Revelation Chapter 11 in the Bible, there are two people who have been shouting God’s truth all over Jerusalem for 1,260 days. As you read this chapter, you will see that they have been given special defensive powers but they also have been a pain in the posterior to those who want to sin. These same two people will be killed in the midst of this battle. Their bodies will lie in the streets for three days while their enemies rejoice at their death. They will both be lying on either side of the Mount of Olives.
As a side note, the Mount of Olives is where the Messiah is said to come down to the Earth (Zechariah 14:3&4) Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east. People have been expecting the Lord to come for many years so many people have asked to be buried on the top of the mountain. If you have ever had the opportunity to visit the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, much of it is wall to wall graves.
5. It All Comes to a Head
The next events will happen very quickly. After the third day following the murder of the Witnesses, a great noise will be heard and the Witnesses will be raised to life and stand on their feet throwing their enemies into shock and terror to their very core. According to Natan they will be ‘very shiny’.
At this point the Messiah will descend upon the Mount of Olives as it says in 1 Thessalonians 4:16&17
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. AKJV
And Zechariah 4-7:
4 On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives which lies before Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley; so that one half of the Mount shall withdraw northward, and the other half southward.
5 And the valley of my mountains shall be stopped up, for the valley of the mountains shall touch the side of it; and you shall flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzzi′ah king of Judah. Then the Lord your God will come, and all the holy ones with him.
6 On that day there shall be neither cold nor frost. 7 And there shall be continuous day (it is known to the Lord), not day and not night, for at evening time there shall be light. RSV

6. This is what I see:
The battle on Israel rages; the Two Witnesses are lying in the street; the Arc of the Covenant is holding the Atomic Bomb in place in the air. At this point the Messiah (who I believe to be Jesus) comes down from Heaven. As soon as he touches his foot on the top of the Mount of Olives, there is a giant earthquake and the entire mountain splits in two with one side going to the North and the other side going to the South. People will start running away – after all, it’s an earthquake and they will be shocked to see that it is Jesus who stands above the mountain.
A great noise will be heard. This may be a shout saying “Come up here”, this may be the sound of trumpets, or it may be a great roaring or a combination of all three. I believe this to be the Great Call of the Rapture. The Two Witnesses will rise to life and the dead who have been buried on top of the Mountain will have their graves opened, with the help of the earthquake, and will descend into the air along with the Two Witnesses.
I do not believe that this will be an isolated incident in Jerusalem alone. I believe this phenomenon will continue throughout the entire world, country by country. Every cemetery that holds people who have died in a state of righteousness will pop open with the people inside restored to living beings and immediately ascending into the air.
Then people who are alive like you and I, righteous people, will begin to rise into the air. This will not be a slow rising into the air like the release of a hot air balloon. This will be very quick. It is as though you see your child running into the street after a runaway ball and they fail to see a vehicle coming. You would grab them and snatch them out of the way. That is how quickly we will be taken. No time to shut the lights off in the house or set the security alarm. No time to phone up your lying, cheating and cranky old boss to say, ‘So long sucker!” No time to leave a note for those left behind explaining your disappearance. It will be that quick.
7. The Final Play
I believe the Lord will extend the day of the Rapture so that no one will be missed. As we see in Zechariah 4:7 he says that there will be ‘continuous day’. This has happened before in the Bible where God extended a day so that the Israelites could continue winning a battle; Joshua chapter 10.
Once all the righteous people have been removed from the Earth and the Rapture is complete, according to Natan, the bomb will drop on Tel Aviv and Haifa. Millions will die. The battle will be over and it will take 7 months to bury the dead.
Q: What do you mean by ‘righteous people’?
A: I mean good people. People who know right from wrong and try to always choose right. These are the kind of people who are always doing well for others and always sticking up for what is right. If you have Jesus in your heart then that's the best move of all.

Q: How many people will go up in the Rapture?
A: When I ask the Holy Spirit this question, he tells me that if you take the population of a community of about 7,000 after the Rapture the population would then be about 2,000. This gives you an idea of what will happen all over the world.
Q: Will babies, children and pets go in the Rapture?
A: I don’t have a scriptural basis for it, but I have no doubt in my mind that all children who have not consciously rejected Christ will be taken in the Rapture. If they make a mistake, the reasoning is that they are too young to know better. We all make mistakes. Even Christians make mistakes. So if little 4 year old Joey pokes his brother in the eye after his brother takes the last cookie, it is a reaction out of his emotions and not from a conscious will to sin. I believe that God loves children and would not be so callous as to leave them behind in a world now filled with evil.
The same goes for pets. In my experience God tends to be concerned with the same things we are concerned about. We love our pets and for the most part, animals don’t sin unless they are trained to sin. And even if they are trained to sin, they don’t realize that what they are doing is a sin.
God is loving, gentle and kind. Because we love our pets, God is concerned about them as well. If you were moving and your child wanted to take their favorite toy or doll with them, would you not allow it? I have heard of several near death experiences where the person recalled seeing their favorite pet that had passed away happy and running around in Heaven. In the book and later the movie Heaven is For Real by Todd Burpo, Todd's little boy Colton who visited Heaven for a short time reported that Jesus himself has a horse.
So the short answer, in my opinion, is that: Yes, children, babies and pets will be taken in the Rapture.
Q: Where will the righteous people go in the Rapture?
A: I don’t believe we will go to Heaven as if we were dead. When I ask the Holy Spirit, He says that we will go to a temporary place, perhaps another planet, where we will learn spiritual warfare in preparation of our return. We will be overjoyed to see many of our loved ones with us, rescued from the ravages of Planet Earth.
Q: Who will be remaining on Earth after the Rapture?
A: The people who are left on Earth will be the ones who have turned their backs on God. They will have chosen anger, hate and greed as the words they live by.
A Final Word
While watching for the Rapture, the very first sign is the major attack on Israel. This attack should last only a few weeks. If there is no attack on Israel you can rest assured that the Rapture is not yet to be. Once the attack begins you will know that the process has begun.
Next is the death of the Witnesses. Even though I have no idea who these people are right now, I’m positive that their murders will be reported in the media, most likely social media. When you see that the Witnesses have died, know that you only have 3 ½ days to get your ‘poop in a group’ as they say. Do your very best to go to those people who have not yet accepted Christ and bring them to the Lord. This is not the time for procrastination.
Lastly, if you happen to be driving by your local cemetery and you see that the graves have been opening up, you’ll know that time is up. Park your car, not now but RIGHT NOW! Matthew 24:31 He shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
If you are reading this and you have been left behind, lock your doors. Flee to the mountains and turn to God immediately. Others will come and take from you whatever they want – even your life. The world will be full of evil. Trust no one. Be careful and do your best to bring others to the Lord. People who have raptured will be returning to battle against the enemy. I don’t know when this will be but my estimation is in about 3 ½ years. Jesus said, “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.” Matthew 25:13
Here in Alberta Canada, the slow shutting down of the churches began on May 23, 2020. This is, I believe, the fulfillment of the scripture in Daniel 12:11&12. From the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. (1,290 days) 12. Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. (1,335 days)
